  -Ending the Silence
is an in-school presentation designed to teach middle and high school students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, how to recognize the early warning signs and the importance of acknowledging those warning signs. Through this classroom presentation, students get to see the reality of living with a mental health condition.
*3 types of presentations are available: for students, for staff and also for families


-In Our Own Voice
trained presenters who are in recovery from mental illness share compelling personal testimonies about their experiences of living with and dealing with the challenges posed by mental illness.

HONOR is a private, nonprofit agency that serves homeless families, single people and individuals suffering due to alcohol and drug abuse. The agency provides emergency shelter and companion services for homeless individuals. It offers a residential option for more than 2,200 individuals annually. Emergency Housing Group employs over 100 trained professionals who help residents to secure permanent housing. The agency provides emergency housing and 24-hour supervision to single men and women and families. It offers a range of meal, transportation, counseling and support services. HONOR provides medical, mental health and substance abuse care services. The agency maintains its Adult and Family Shelters in Middletown, NY but services Orange County.
